Yes, bring back public executions for those who have raped, done anything gruesome to an animal, or those who have murdered anyone for no reason.
@9334YP33yrs3Y
Yes, for those sentenced to life in prison as well as for those sentenced to death, but in both cases, only when further appeal is impossible or not desired.
Deleted3yrs3Y
Yes, bring back public executions for rapists, unprovoked murderers, and anything against animals.
@934R57G3yrs3Y
No, life without parole does the same thing at 1/3 of the costs.
@928PJ8Q2yrs2Y
No, life in solitary confinement would be a far better deterrent
@93ZVQ532yrs2Y
No, automatic appeals make it significantly more expensive than a life sentence.
Deleted3yrs3Y
Allow public executions for rapists, unprovoked murders, and anything against animals. Chemically castrate those who have done anything sexual against others if the family of the victim does not want them executed.
Deleted3yrs3Y
Public executions for rapists, unprovoked murders, anything sexual and anything against animals.
Deleted4yrs4Y
No, but I support it in theory
Deleted4yrs4Y
Only for gruesome murders with a lot of evidence. Also, we should swiftly shoot pedophiles and rapists in the heads.
Deleted4yrs4Y
I don’t agree with the government executing people. I want the feds to arrest the person and then the family of the victim should choose what to do.
Deleted4yrs4Y
Bring back public executions
Deleted4yrs4Y
Execute pedophiles, rapists, and murderers.
Deleted4yrs4Y
Execute rapists, pedophiles, and murderers.
@8QTZGLS4yrs4Y
Only in cases of treason against the constitution of the United States of America by particularly dangerous traitors. Also foreign war criminals should be executable.
Deleted4yrs4Y
I do not like the feeling that the state has the power to execute anyone but I believe unjustified murderers, rapists, pedophiles and those who commit crimes against animals should be publicly executed.
Deleted4yrs4Y
I do not like the feeling that the state has the power to execute anyone but I believe unjustified murders, rapists, pedophiles and those who commit crimes against animals should be publicly executed.
Deleted4yrs4Y
Bring back public executions for pedos, rapists, and un provoked murders.
Deleted3yrs3Y
Yes; kill pedos, rapists, and unjustified murders.
Deleted4yrs4Y
Public executions for rapists, pedophiles, and for unjustified murderers.
Deleted4yrs4Y
Bring back public executions for pedos, rapists, and un necessary murders.
Deleted4yrs4Y
Hang pedos, unjustified murders, rapists, and those who attack animals.
@8TP6QKS3yrs3Y
Yes, and we should replace all life sentences with the death penalty
Deleted3yrs3Y
Public executions for pedophiles, unjustified homicides, rape, and crimes against animals or those in a weak state. Chemically castrate those who have done sexual crimes.
Deleted3yrs3Y
Public executions for pedos, rapists, anything sexually forced, unprovoked murders, and anything cruel against animals.
Deleted3yrs3Y
I do not like the idea that the state can kill someone but I do believe that anyone convicted of unprovoked murder, anything sexual towards anyone, and anything harmful to an animal without a doubt should be publicly executed.
Deleted3yrs3Y
Bring back public executions but only for those who have done anything sexual in nature, anything against animals and for those who have murdered for no reason. The state should not conduct the executions it should be up to the victims family.
Deleted3yrs3Y
Yes, but there should be a DNA test first and a family decision second :)
Deleted3yrs3Y
Bring back public executions for pedos, unprovoked murderers, any type of sexual assault and anything against animals.
@8WNRNBZ3yrs3Y
Yes, but only if the prisoner is too dangerous to keep in prison
Deleted3yrs3Y
We need to build a city, preferably in Wyoming or anywhere unpopulated, doesn't really matter, that has all the criminals sent there. 20 Lane highways should be built to LA and NYC to transport criminals. Also a 20 runway airport to transport them.
Deleted3yrs3Y
Yes. Bring back public executions for those who have raped, murdered unprovoked, anything against animals, and anything against the weak.
Deleted3yrs3Y
Yes, but only for the crimes of treason, sedition, espionage, murder, rape, and kidnapping of a minor when it is carried out by way of lethal injection, hanging, firing squad, or gas chamber
Deleted3yrs3Y
Yes, bring back public executions for rapists, any unprovoked murder, anything against animals, and other heinous crimes with absolute evidence.
@ThomasJj883yrs3Y
Sort of. I do not like how the government can execute someone but I do believe that public executions should be brought back. Anyone who has harmed an animal, unprovoked murder, or have raped someone should be publicly hung or shot in the head.
@4NJR28J4yrs4Y
No, this is state sanctioned murder and is not a very effective tool at eliminating violent crime.
@8QBVVJD4yrs4Y
Yes, But only with crimes against children, and people with vulnerabilities.
@8QL53BX4yrs4Y
No, the death penalty is to costly
@88LK76J3yrs3Y
Yes, but only for horrific crimes with undeniable evidence And mandate it nationwide.
@88LK76J3yrs3Y
Abolish life sentences and replace them with the death penalty.
@88LK76J3yrs3Y
Yes and mandate it nationwide
@8ZYQ3HP3yrs3Y
I believe it should all depend on the person and situation.
@8R2RMP34yrs4Y
Yes, but only for convicts who committed murder while incarcerated.
@8R2RMP34yrs4Y
Yes, but only for inmates who committed murder while incarcerated.
@8R2RMP34yrs4Y
Yes, but only for inmates who commit murder while incarcerated.
@6HDD83R4yrs4Y
Yes, but only as a last resort, where life imprisonment shall also be an alternative
@6HDD83R4yrs4Y
Yes, but only as a last resort, where life imprisonment shall also be an alternative (life for those who were 21 years or older at the time of the crime, 50 years for those under 21 years)
@8HK59NT4yrs4Y
I think it depends on what the person have done. Sometimes they deserve a second chance.
@92YHQCV3yrs3Y
Yes, but only for horrific crimes with undeniable evidence, because too many people are innocently convicted. Plus, I think that spending life in prison is a harsher sentence because the dead don't suffer unless their soul was sent to hell that is.
@8H4DF7B4yrs4Y
Only if there is objective evidence that it is the ONLY way to stop the person from committing a violent crime.
@8M7T3MR4yrs4Y
Yes, but an alternative of using these convicts for science experiments to advance technology and medicine would do a better service to the community, nation, and world
@8YJZQSK3yrs3Y
No, Exodus 20:13 "You shall not kill"
@heatherdvdprincess2yrs2Y
Yes, but only with euthanasia that kills instantly.
@3YNTGFH3yrs3Y
Yes but in practice it is too costly - at least in California.
@38LNC724yrs4Y
No, too many people are innocently convicted - even though in theory I would say yes for horrific crimes with undeniable evidence, I do not trust the government to execute this sufficiently
@68QRLZT4yrs4Y
No, the death penalty is state-sponsored murder, and is therefore immoral
@63ZXW6N3yrs3Y
Yes, but improve it to go faster and ensure no innocent person is killed.
@6MZYWZZ3yrs3Y
No, it is no longer necessary with modern technology
@6X6R3R44yrs4Y
Yes, but only if the alternative is life without parole.
@77QDMZN4yrs4Y
No because the death penalty costs way more than life without parole.
@6YS83423yrs3Y
Yes, but only for white-collar crimes
@6YS83424yrs4Y
Yes, but only for certain white-collar crimes
@TheCornlord16103yrs3Y
No, if the death pentality is for extreme cases of murder then murdering said criminals should count thus rendering the process useless.
@MilesBHuff4yrs4Y
Yes, but only when the criminal is unrehabilitatable
@6T6Y4L22yrs2Y
Yes, but only for cases involving murder
@78S5M874yrs4Y
too many people are innocently convicted
@757T3R34yrs4Y
Yes, we cannot risk the escape of convicted murderers or sex offenders
@7W3SBDC4yrs4Y
State issue, not Federal.
@88NZKDZ3yrs3Y
No, it's expensive, authoritarian, and doesn't offer much value
@86SWRX94yrs4Y
No, but the decision should belong to the states.
@EthanHars4yrs4Y
Yes, only for sex crimes and school shooters
@8C6ZKZK4yrs4Y
No, as appeals cases are tiresome to the court systems and end up costing more money to tax payers
@8C6ZKZK4yrs4Y
No, as appeals cases are tiresome the court systems and end up costing more money to tax payers
@842VWLK3yrs3Y
no. end the death penalty for murder and other crimes but allow it in the case of war crimes, attempted genocide, and extreme terrorist attacks, like 9/11.
@8D937L44yrs4Y
at this moment I don;t know.
@8DP6P7F4yrs4Y
No, nearly four percent of people sentenced to death are innocent. The injections used in administrating the death penalty were also not developed by doctors, as it would violate a doctor's oath to do no harm. This results in a painful process with one step solely for the benefit of the onlooker. It's also cheaper to sentence someone to a life in prison. I also just think that it's wrong.
@8FDV47Y4yrs4Y
People who commit harsh and terribly horrific crimes with undeniable evidence might deserve the death penalty. I also agree that spending life in prison and dealing with the hardships of prison is the harsher sentence.
@8HQZQJF4yrs4Y
No, as I feel the death penalty only does more harm. However, I feel those who qualify for the death penalty, should receive punishments that their crimes deserve.
@8HVW4QY4yrs4Y
Yes however the victims family or families should be able to request the legally and fairly convicted person be put through the crimes they committed or sentenced to life in prison without parole.
@8JBN6KV4yrs4Y
This depends. Case by case basis. In the instance of Nancy Pelosi, Bill Gates and George Soros - YES!
@8J7VYJT4yrs4Y
Yes, but as an optional alternative to life without parole
